# About Little Wild Note

A writing desk for people who still like sending things by post.

## What it is

Little Wild Note has four free tools: [card message ideas](https://littlewildnote.cyou/) for 15 occasions, a [thank-you note builder](https://littlewildnote.cyou/thank-you-note/), an [envelope address printer](https://littlewildnote.cyou/envelope-printer/) and a [postcard printer](https://littlewildnote.cyou/postcard-printer/). Every card message and note template was written for this site, and the wildflower stamps are original drawings.

## How it works

Everything happens in your browser. Searching the messages, building a note and laying out envelopes and postcards all run on your device; nothing you type or add is sent to a server. Printing and saving as PDF use your browser's own print dialog, with the page set to the exact size of the envelope, card or postcard.

## Fonts

Headings use Caveat, a handwriting typeface, and the text is set in Libre Caslon Text. Both are open-licence fonts served from this site. There are no accounts, no watermarks and no paid upgrades.
